What data we process and why

This website has no forms that store data on our server. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we only use the details you give us (name, phone, email and whatever you tell us) to reply, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, carry out and invoice the work.

Your consent when you contact us and, if you hire us, the performance of the contract and our tax obligations.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. If you message us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to info@rotulosecoprint.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
